Appellant, Floyd Ernest Hill, was convicted for the malice murder of Austell police officer Greg Mullinax and for the felony murder of Darryl Toles. Appellant was sentenced to death for the murder of Mullinax and received a life sentence for the murder of Toles. He raises in his appeal thirteen enumerations of error.
