The issue presented in this appeal is whether the Procter and Gamble Manufacturing Company (Procter & Gamble) was "borrowing" a trailer owned by National Freight, Inc. (National) when, as its employees were loading products onto the trailer, one of them negligently injured John Lockamy (Lockamy). Procter & Gamble's status is important because if we conclude that it was a "borrower" of the trailer at the time...
