This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence for criminal homicide, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 2502. Appellant argues that he should be discharged because he was denied his right under Rule 1100 to a speedy trial, and because "the verdict was against the evidence, the weight of the evidence and the law."
