Appellant was indicted for burglary when he was fifteen years old. He moved to dismiss the indictment on the ground he could not be tried as an adult on an indictment for the crime charged. When this motion was denied, appellant entered a plea of no contest, reserving the right to appeal the court's ruling. He was sentenced to prison to be followed by probation. The court recommended that he be incarcerated...
