Appellant, The Trident Corporation (Trident) appeals from an order of the Bankruptcy Court terminating the automatic stay of judicial proceedings against certain real property owned by Trident. See 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1). Appellee, Ukrainian Savings and Loan Association (the Bank), which moved in the Bankruptcy Court for termination of the stay, is the first mortgagee of the property.
