PER CURIAM.

The parties have stipulated and we agree that this cause should be remanded for resentencing pursuant to our decision in Fogelman v. State, 410 So.2d 564 (Fla. 4th DCA 1982). Accordingly, the sentence of the trial court is hereby vacated and this cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent herewith.
