This is an appeal from a judgment ordering defendant-in-rule-appellant, Claude Alexander, to pay to plaintiff-in-rule-appellee, Linda Alexander, his former wife, the sum of $100.00 per month for child support. At the time of the trial of the rule, which resulted in the judgment appealed from, appellant was incarcerated in the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, Louisiana.
