This case comes before us under the Uniform Post-Conviction Procedure Act, Chapter 29-32, N.D.C.C. In accordance with the Act, August T. Vogel moved the district court for withdrawal of his guilty plea on the grounds that it was made involuntarily and without knowledge of the consequences of pleading guilty. The district court denied the motion, and we affirm.1
