Appellant, Donald Thomas, was convicted by a jury of robbery.1 Following denial of post-verdict motions, appellant was sentenced to a term of not less than four nor more than eight years imprisonment. In this direct appeal, appellant raises a novel issue concerning the time for arraignment under Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure 305 and 307. Although novel, the issue is lacking in merit.
