The defendant, Tommy Lee Price, appeals his judgment and sentence for unlawful imprisonment and simple assault. We affirm.

During the early morning hours, the complaining witness, a 15-year-old girl, came into contact with the defendant in the neighborhood of 20th and East Madison Street in Seattle.
