On February 5, 1971, petitioner, Lee A. Anderson, while employed by respondent, Caterpillar Tractor Company, sustained an injury to his back and filed an application for adjustment of claim. A settlement contract was entered into providing for the payment of workmen's compensation for the loss of use to the extent of 20% of petitioner's left leg and 17 1/2% of his right leg.
