While assisting in ITO's stevedoring operations on board defendant's vessel, he sustained injuries to his right arm and left leg on November 30, 1972. Pursuant to the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (US Code, tit 33, § 901 et seq.), plaintiff filed a workers' compensation claim with the United States Department of Labor...
