Ronald Jones was tried by a jury and found guilty of attempted burglary,1 criminal trespass2 and conspiracy.3 Post trial motions were denied, and appellant was sentenced for attempted burglary and conspiracy to concurrent terms of imprisonment for not less than four nor more than ten years.
