THOMPSON, Justice.

Verna Kate Shaw recovered a judgment for $25,000 against Anna L. Todt for personal injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident when the vehicle operated by Shaw was struck from the rear by the vehicle operated by Todt. Todt alleges that the lower court erred in (1) permitting Shaw and her husband to testify about her physical condition and lost wages, (2) granting for Shaw instructions one and three, (3) failing to hold that Shaw was guilty...
