This matter comes before the Court on the application for leave to appeal1 from the Bankruptcy Court.2 The plaintiff-appellant, O'Neill Production Credit Association (PCA), has moved this Court pursuant to Rule 805 of the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure for an order staying the Bankruptcy Court's order of July 13, 1982.
