WHICHARD, Judge.

Defendant first contends the court erred in refusing to grant his written pretrial motion to suppress, inter alia, items taken pursuant to a search warrant from two motel rooms which defendant allegedly had occupied. This evidence led to one of defendant's convictions for felonious possession of marijuana with the intent to sell or deliver.
