GAFNI, J., December 1, 1982.
In the above-captioned matter, defendant Ford Motor Company filed preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer to plaintiff's complaint pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1017(b)(4). After a review of the record, this court finds that plaintiff's complaint states a cause of action upon which recovery is possible. Therefore, this court dismisses defendant's preliminary objections.
