FROEB, Judge.

The issue raised in this review of a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board is whether services performed for M.Z. Moore, dba M.Z. Moore & Associates, by salespeople, runners and traffic directors constitute employment as defined in A.R.S. § 23-615 which are not excluded from coverage under the provisions of A.R.S. § 23-613.01. We find the services are not covered employment and therefore reverse the decision...
