This is a direct appeal from convictions of aggravated burglary (K.S.A. 21-3716), two counts of aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427), and two counts of kidnapping (K.S.A. 21-3420). This case arose out of the armed robbery of a private residence in Wichita on January 20, 1980. The evidence showed that on that date at about 7:30 p.m. Bobby Joe Carr and Billy Hill...
