BRONSON, P.J.

Defendant was convicted on his plea of guilty of possession of 50 to 225 grams of a mixture containing cocaine. MCL 333.7403(2)(a)(iii); MSA 14.15(7403)(2)(a)(iii). He was sentenced to lifetime probation and now appeals as of right, raising various constitutional challenges to the statutory provisions under which he was found guilty and sentenced.
