This is an appeal from the denial of a petition for post-conviction relief under Ind. R.P.C. 1. The petitioner, Virginia Jo Harris, was charged with murder in the second degree, Ind. Code Ann. § 35-1-54-1 (Burns 1975) (repealed), and convicted after trial by jury in 1977. She was sentenced to a prison term of not less than fifteen nor more than twenty-five years.
