The appellant filed a medical malpractice action against Dr. Myers, her physician, who recommended removal of her gall bladder to cure certain gastrointestinal symptoms including nausea, vomiting, abdominal and stomach pain, and intestinal and bladder spasms. The gall bladder was removed by a surgeon after consultation. Plaintiff alleges that no abnormality was identified therein, although this is contradicted in the defendant's medical affidavits...
