This is a consolidated action emanating from a conveyance by the Session and Board of Trustees of the Babcock Memorial Presbyterian Church (Babcock) of all of its real and personal property as "absolute and irrevocable gifts" to Merritt Boulevard Presbyterian Church of Dundalk, Inc. (Merritt). At the time of the conveyance, Babcock was a member of the Presbytery of Baltimore...
