In a joint trial a Sedgwick County jury convicted the defendants, husband and wife, of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell (K.S.A. 65-4105, 65-4127b[b][3]). The couple's prosecution stemmed from a July, 1980 search of their residence on South Sheridan Street pursuant to a warrant. The search uncovered large quantities of marijuana which were introduced at trial after defendants' motion...
