This is an original action brought by the Attorney General pursuant to the provisions of Ind.R.Adm. & Dis. 24 to restrain conduct alleged to constitute the unauthorized practice of law. A hearing on the petition was held before a commissioner appointed by the Court which resulted in findings of fact and a conclusion that respondent Gould engaged in the unauthorized practice of law in representing a complainant before the State Employees' Appeals...
