Katherine J. Frasier appeals an order modifying a decree of dissolution and awarding custody of her minor daughter to the child's father, Wayne A. Frasier. We affirm.

Katherine and Wayne Frasier were divorced July 10, 1979, and Katherine was awarded the care and custody of the minor child, Jill Mae Frasier, born September 5, 1976. Wayne regularly visited with Jill after the divorce. February 25, 1981, Wayne filed a petition for modification...
