Appellants are Helen L. Weiss, Bertha Tyson, and Donald Tufillaro, trading as T.W.T., a co-partnership, owners of a tract of land in Whitpain Township bounded on the north by Mermaid Lake Recreational Facility, on the east by Old Arch Road, on the south by Township Line Road, and on the west by Townline Apartments. The subject tract contains approximately 63.086 acres and is presently zoned R-1 Residential.
