Defendant was indicted for trafficking in cocaine under Code Ann. § 79A-811 (j). A white powder, weighing 56.681 grams, of which 14.3 grams was cocaine, was found in defendant's possession. Defendant moved to quash the indictment, challenging the constitutionality of § 79A-811 (j) on equal protection and due process grounds.
