Lemon appeals Commission action reviewing his presumptive parole release date. We affirm.

Lemon asserts that his PPRD was improperly aggravated for an expired sentence and that a prior conviction was used for both determining his salient factor score and aggravation. The record reveals that neither of these acts occurred.
