Scott and Peggy Everly and Marita O'Donnell appeal from an August 4, 1980 final order of the Circuit Court of Randolph County entering judgment in favor of the appellee, Columbia Gas of West Virginia, Inc. In their consolidated civil action, appellants sought damages for losses resulting from an explosion allegedly caused by appellee's negligence; and contend that the trial court erred in instructing the jury that any contributing negligence...
