GREGORY, Justice.

The First National Bank of DeKalb Country (First DeKalb) filed suit against The National Bank of Georgia (NBG), Centennial Equities Corporation and two individuals (CEC) seeking specific performance of a sale contract together with declaratory and injunctive relief. The trial court granted summary judgment to NBG, holding that a condition to performance had not occurred. We reverse. This is the second appearance of this case before this court.
