PER CURIAM.

Defendant, Mary Ann Longmier, was sentenced in Recorder's Court of Detroit on March 26, 1980, to a prison term of three to five years for violation of probation received for her October 24, 1978, conviction of attempted manslaughter.

On appeal, defendant claims that she was denied her due process right to confrontation because the trial court made findings with respect to conduct not charged in the notice of probation violation.
