The issue in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in directing a verdict in favor of appellees at the close of appellant's evidence. We hold that it did and reverse.

Appellant, Joanne Reinhart, was injured on July 5, 1979, while riding her bicycle southbound on South Fort Harrison Avenue in Clearwater, over a railroad crossing owned by appellee Seaboard Coast Line Railroad and maintained by appellee Department of Transportation (DOT)...
