WICKERSHAM, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order dismissing a suppression motion and affirming sentence. We also affirm. Appellant Ryan was arrested on January 18, 1977 and charged with ten counts of receiving stolen property, possession of an automobile with a defaced manufacturer's serial number, and criminal mischief in excess of $5000.00.
