PER CURIAM.
The Final Judgment appealed from is affirmed without prejudice to having the trial court reconsider the provision in the settlement agreement prohibiting sale of the marital home for less than its appraised value in light of changed market conditions, for which purpose jurisdiction was expressly reserved.
