Lawles J. Bourque, M.D. (Bourque), appellee, filed suit against the estate of Pauline Marie Bonnet Dubois (Dubois), appellant, seeking to recover monies due for alleged medical treatment and services rendered to Mrs. Dubois during the final ten years of her life.
