This is a suit to rescind the sale of a motor home. Plaintiff, Gwen Dearing, sued Coleman Oldsmobile, Inc., d/b/a Coleman R.V. Center (dealer), Chrysler Corporation (manufacturer of the chassis of the motor home), and Midas International Corporation (manufacturer of the "box" portion of the motor home).
