Plaintiff, PPG Industries, Inc., brought this lawsuit against Bean Dredging Corporation and C. F. Bean Corporation, seeking to recover damages allegedly resulting from defendants' negligence during the operation of a dredging project in the Calcasieu Ship Channel.
