Daniel S. Summers was a licensed funeral director doing business as American Funeral Concepts-American Cremation Society. The Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers instituted disciplinary proceedings against him. Summers was charged with failure to deposit in trust proceeds from preneed funeral contracts (see Bus. & Prof. Code, § 7735)1 and doing business as a funeral director...
