The issue presented in this adversary proceeding is which party is entitled to ownership of an oil field pump jack manufactured by the Debtor and now in the possession of the Trustee.

In February or March, 1981, the Debtor orally agreed to sell a proto-type oil field pump jack to the Defendant, Thomas Durham. At that time the pump jack was in the drawing board stages and actual physical manufacture...
