(hereinafter respectively referred to by the fictitious names of John and Darlene) have filed an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Foster County, dated December 5, 1980. John and Darlene also filed an appeal from an order of the district court, dated August 9, 1980, dismissing their request for a writ of habeas corpus, but that appeal was dismissed by this Court in J.
