OPINION BY JUDGE MENCER, February 2, 1982:

This is an appeal by Walter F. Furmanek (claimant) from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's decision dismissing his claim petition and disallowing workmen's compensation benefits. We vacate and remand.
