The instant appeal addresses the question as to whether a workmen's compensation claim made by the appellant, Jay K. Thomas, on December 7, 1979, is barred by the statute of limitations. A single judge of the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Court found that the claim was barred by the statute of limitations. This finding was affirmed on rehearing by a three-judge Workmen's Compensation Court, and Thomas has perfected his appeal to this court...
