After a jury-waived trial, the defendant was convicted on charges that he possessed cocaine and marijuana with the intent to distribute those drugs. G.L.c. 94C, § 32. On appeal he alleges error in the denials of his motion to suppress and motions for a required finding of not guilty of possession with intent to distribute. We reverse the convictions on the greater offenses and remand for resentencing...
