This is an appeal by plaintiff, Rose Construction Company, Inc., from an order dismissing its garnishment proceeding against the garnishee, Farmers Insurance Company, Inc. The issue is whether or not a certain automobile insurance policy provides coverage for plaintiff's property damage.
