1. Appellant was convicted on a two-count indictment of trafficking in cocaine and giving a false name to law enforcement officer. He complains that the drugs were seized as a result of an unlawful arrest at the Atlanta International Airport, for which reason it was error to deny his motion to suppress.
There was no arrest at the Atlanta Airport. The evidence shows that the airport was under surveillance at the time a flight arrived...
