SNELL, Judge.

Defendant, Paul Ray Lampman, and a co-defendant were charged with burglarizing a farmhouse in Jasper county, while armed with a firearm. The owner of the farmhouse, Lyle Meredith, after being alerted by a neighbor, came upon the men as they were leaving. The minutes of testimony stated that Meredith would testify that he observed the men "standing near the back door to his residence."
