CANE, J.

Calvin Boggess appeals from three child abuse convictions. He asserts that the evidence used to convict him was obtained by an unconstitutional entry into his home. Because the warrantless entry into Boggess' home to investigate a child abuse report was justified under the emergency doctrine rule, we affirm.
