This is an appeal by the Union Oil Company from an order of the superior court vacating a default judgment. Judgment affirmed.

Appellant Union Oil Company owned and operated a petroleum distributing business in Phoenix, Arizona. Adjacent to its premises was a gasoline service station operated under the name of "Hudson Oil."
