McArthur Breedlove appeals his conviction of first-degree murder and sentence of death. We have jurisdiction1 and affirm the results of his trial.

A five-count indictment charged Breedlove with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, burglary, grand theft, and petit theft. The charges stemmed from the stabbing death of one victim and the wounding of another which occurred during the burglary of their dwelling...
